It is found most often in middle-aged cats, and in males. Although there is no known cure for this condition, with prompt diagnosis and early treatment, cats may live on for years after diagnosis. We also screen all breeding cats for PKD and FeLV. We are very active in the show ring traveling through out the United States this is the only way to keep up with the Bengal as a breed.
